1. Agreement to these terms

By visiting or using Saturday Edge, you agree to these Terms of Service and our use of information as described here. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Informational use only

Saturday Edge provides college football schedules, scores, odds, projections, model estimates, live-game context, and community discussion for general informational and entertainment purposes. The information is not financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to place a wager.

Our spread, total, and live estimates are experimental, may be wrong, may be delayed, and have not been presented as guaranteed or validated results. A highlighted team or market is a model output, not a promise of a winning bet.

3. No warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that schedules, lines, scores, projections, chat messages, links, or other information will be complete, accurate, current, uninterrupted, or error-free. Data may come from third-party feeds and may change without notice.

4. Limitation of responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saturday Edge and its operators are not responsible for losses, damages, or consequences arising from your use of, reliance on, or inability to use the site or its information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

5. Accounts and community rooms

If you create an account, keep your credentials secure and provide truthful information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Game rooms are user-generated spaces; do not share private information, harass others, post unlawful content, or present speculation as fact. We may remove content or restrict access when needed to protect the community or the service.

6. Third-party services

Saturday Edge may link to or use third-party services, feeds, sportsbooks, social platforms, identity providers, and websites. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them. We do not control or endorse third-party content, prices, availability, or practices.

7. Changes and termination

We may update the site or these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. We may suspend or end access to the site if necessary to operate it, protect users, or comply with law.

8. Membership offer

The Edge Pass introductory offer, available once per account, is $0 USD for 7 days, followed by $9.99 USD per month, automatically renewed monthly until canceled. A payment method is required. No subscription payment is due today for eligible new members. Existing subscriptions keep their agreed billing terms. Reviewing the offer does not start a subscription or authorize a charge. Applicable taxes will be disclosed before checkout.

Cancel through Account → Subscription before the introductory period ends to avoid the first monthly renewal. Cancel before a later renewal to avoid that renewal charge. Cancellation stops future billing and access continues through your trial or paid period. For billing errors or refund requests, contact [email protected]. Requests are reviewed individually; nothing in these terms limits refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law. Free members can unlock estimates for two unique games per week, resetting Monday at 00:00 UTC.

9. Copyright and acceptable use

Saturday Edge retains rights in its original, legally protectable content. You may use the site personally and share page links. Do not republish or sell protected materials without permission, bypass access controls or paid restrictions, disrupt the service, impersonate others, or abuse the community. Fair use and other rights provided by law remain unaffected.

You retain ownership of content you submit to game rooms. You grant Saturday Edge a non-exclusive license to host, display, and moderate that content as needed to operate the service. Only submit content you have the right to share. Third-party marks and materials remain the property of their owners. See our legal and copyright information for permissions and reporting concerns.
